About us The Trainers/instructors/coaches
Our goals as a personal trainer, Health & fitness coaches is to get people active, keep them motivated and enable them to enjoy a fitter, fuller long life.
Having enjoyed fitness, nutrition and wellbeing myself for many years, the natural progression was for me to train as a fitness coach, allowing me to share and pass my passion, enthusiasm and knowledge on to others, helping people make amazing life changes that will see them fitter, healthier and stronger than they have ever been.
The team are regular OCR racers ( Obstacle Course Races ) and we encourage members to train for healthy and the love of their sport. We regularly have 10 and the biggest team so fare was 20 at The General 2017.
