GET THAT BODY BACK
First of there’s a couple of things we need to get in order from the word GO.
We all see every day in the paper , glossy mags , tv , even driving along are high street images of people we aspire to be like we all know them we don’t need to name names.
The thing is these people have people to work out there entire image right down to there sock and pants . They have people that have people to work everything out for them from make up artists to the latest fashion gurus . They have the best dietitians physio therapist and fitness programme all at there disposal. So to compare yourself to them is a tricky thing and posable setting yourself up to fail from the beginning .
If you realise this then you can manage and understand what you can achieve. Saying all this having a role model a idle shape size phque is a must . So you can set yourself a goal . You can achieve great things if you have :
- The right training programmes to suit your goal.
- Perseverance .
The key is to set yourself achievable realistic ones with short – mid – long term goals and a starting point , a middle ground and your end goal these then can be even more broken down to smaller targets.
You need to set a good solid foundation witch every other goal can work from. This is the same wether wanting to loose weight put on slabs of lean muscle ,run the fastest or the firmest it’s all the same small easy footsteps.
*One , Set goals for yourself and be accountable for them and your actions. Short – medium – long.
Working hard in the gym or out on the field is we’re you set your body on the lines to change , but there’s two other places were the real magic happens these two places your going to have to work equally hard but smart .
The kitchen and the bedroom is we’re the Magic happens.
You need to be 100%
- 100% on your healthy sustainable diet.
- 100% and on point with your healthy fitness plan.
- You need to be 100% on both counts working hard killing it .
In the kitchen is we’re your preparing the fuel for your body to use
