Buddy sessions are a cross over from are 121 sessions and as the name suggests, you will be working out with the company of your friend or friends. Whether it you and your partner a friend or relative together you will be getting fit stronger and more agile.
With the help of your buddy you will each be able to support one another whilst getting into awesome shape. Through a carefully planned program designed to suit each of your specific requirements and targets, together you will start to make great changes to your body.
